Filters are an essential device in media-conveying pipelines, typically installed at the inlet end of equipment such as pressure-reducing valves, relief valves, and constant-level valves, as well as other filtration systems. After the filter is fitted with a mesh cartridge of a specific specification, impurities are effectively trapped within the filter. When cleaning becomes necessary, simply remove the detachable cartridge, clean it thoroughly, and reinsert it into the filter housing. This makes operation and maintenance exceptionally convenient.
Widely used in metallurgy, chemical engineering, petroleum, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food processing, mining, power generation, and urban water supply systems.
1. Efficient, Precision Filtration: Featuring a specially designed filter disc filtration technology, this system delivers precise and highly sensitive performance, ensuring that only particles smaller than the specified size can enter the system—making it a truly effective filtration solution. Available in a variety of specifications—including 5μ, 10μ, 20μ, 55μ, 100μ, 130μ, and 200μ—users can select the filter disc with the appropriate precision based on their water usage requirements. Additionally, the system’s flow rate can be flexibly adjusted to meet specific needs.
2. Standard modular design saves space: The system is built around standard disc filtration units and features a modular layout, allowing users to customize the configuration based on their specific needs—offering flexibility, adaptability, and excellent interchangeability. Compact in design, the system occupies minimal floor space, making it easy to install even in tight or awkward corner areas. For instance, equipment designed for processing approximately 300 m³/h of water requires just about 6 m² of space (under typical water conditions, with a filtration grade of 100 μ).
3. Fully automatic operation with continuous water output: In the Boyuan Jinkai filter system, the backwashing process is carried out sequentially across individual units, seamlessly switching between operational and backwash modes to ensure uninterrupted water flow. Backwashing requires minimal water consumption—just 0.5% of the total output. When combined with air-assisted backwashing, self-consumed water can be further reduced to below 0.2%. The high-speed, thorough backwash cycle takes only a few tens of seconds to complete.
4. Long lifespan: The new plastic filter elements are robust, wear-resistant, corrosion-free, and exhibit minimal scaling. Years of industrial use have proven their durability—after 6 to 10 years of operation, they show no signs of wear, remain free from aging, and maintain consistent filtration and backwashing performance over time.
5. High quality, minimal maintenance: The product meets all relevant quality standards, and each unit undergoes simulated operational testing and trial runs before leaving the factory. It requires no specialized tools, features few components, and is incredibly easy to use—simply requiring periodic inspections while virtually eliminating the need for daily maintenance.
