Ball-receiving and -sending cylinder
The ball-collecting device is similar to the ball-launching device, except that it features a vent valve installed at the front (upper part) to release pressure from the pipeline after ball collection, preventing airlocks. Additionally, a drain port is located at the bottom to remove debris and accumulated liquids from the front of the ball.
Ball-receiving and -sending cylinder
Typically installed at both ends of the main pipeline, these devices are used for launching and receiving pigging tools. They facilitate pigging operations—such as ball sweeping before pipeline commissioning—as well as post-commissioning tasks like wax removal, oil flushing, and scale cleaning.
The new plastic filter element is robust, wear-free, corrosion-resistant, and virtually free from fouling. Years of industrial use have proven its durability—after 6 to 10 years of operation, it shows no signs of wear, remains unaffected by aging, and maintains consistent filtration and backwashing performance over time.
The product meets the relevant quality standards, and each unit undergoes simulated operational testing and trial runs before leaving the factory. It requires no specialized tools, features few components, and is incredibly easy to use—requiring only periodic inspections, with virtually no daily maintenance needed.
